To succeed as a business enterprise, the retail outlets need to be fully occupied and the centre needs to offer a multitude of shops, coffee bars and restaurants so that families can enjoy time together.
Lighting can provide visual clues to ease orientation. A stimulating core area will create an atmosphere where people are content to spend time and both the centre and the outlets can benefit.
